A quick Spring detox for your body....

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Liver and Gallbladder are the organs that are associated with the season of Spring ~ a time of renewal and growth.  Now is the perfect time to focus on a little liver detox in order to create the optimum energetic flow to move forward with flexibility.  When we are experiencing imbalance here, we may experience a whole host of physical issues such as stiffness and constipation and emotionally we may be more irritable.
 Try treating your Liver to a little detox by drinking water with a little splash or slice of lemon.  Eat plenty of green vegetables and fruit such as courgettes, spinach, broccoli and green apples.  I also love taking Chlorella for it's detoxing qualities.
