In-Person: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 48 hours notice. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Online: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 12 hours notice. Events and Workshops: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 7 days notice. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 7 days notice. Packages: Packages are non-refundable.

All of the above may be discretionary depending on time and circumstances.
